Delete your EU Jobs PK account

You can delete your account and data at any time, in the app or by email. Here is how, and what happens to your data.

Before you delete

  • Deleting is permanent. Your CV, photo and applications cannot be recovered afterwards.
  • If you want to keep your CV, open My CV and save a copy first.
  • Applications that are still in progress stop. Employers who already received your CV keep their copy (see What we keep).

Delete in the app

  1. Open EU Jobs PK and go to the My CV tab.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Check the Google account shown in the note, then tap Delete to confirm.

Your data is removed straight away and you are signed out.

Ask us by email

If you cannot open the app, email info@novasphere.rs with the subject Delete my EU Jobs PK account, from the Google email address you signed in with. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We normally confirm your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days.

Everything that is deleted

Your account

  • The link to your Google account: your name, email address, profile photo and account identifier.
  • Your sign-in on the phone.

Your CV and preferences

  • Personal details, contact details, address, education and work experience.
  • The countries and kinds of jobs you are interested in.
  • Your CV photo.

Your applications

  • Every application, with your answers, the copy of your CV sent with it, its status history and any employer decision.
  • Your language course progress.
  • Your notifications.

Your progress

  • Lesson progress, your streak, your documents checklist and unlocked tips (kept on your phone).
  • Your notification token, so you stop receiving notifications.
  • The record of which terms and privacy policy you accepted.

When you delete your account in the app, everything above is removed from your phone and from our systems at once. Requests by email are completed within 30 days.

What we keep

We keep nothing about you after your account is deleted. Only data outside our systems remains:

  • Copies held by employers: if your application was already sent to an employer, they keep it under their own rules. Contact them to ask them to delete it, or email us and we will pass your request on.
  • Ad data held by Google and its partners is covered by their own policies. You can reset your advertising identifier in your phone’s settings.

Delete some data only

You can edit or clear any part of your CV, or change your photo, in the app at any time without deleting your account. To remove a single application, email us.
