Terms of Use

The rules for using EU Jobs PK. Please read them, because using the app means you accept them.

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to the EU Jobs PK app and this website (the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is run by Nova Sphere d.o.o. Kragujevac, Svetozara Markovića 71, stan 22, 34000 Kragujevac (registered office) and Milovana Gušića 23, 34000 Kragujevac (office), Serbia (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@novasphere.rs.

What the Service does

EU Jobs PK lists jobs abroad, helps you make a CV and lets you apply. Each application is reviewed against the job, suitable ones may be sent to employers, and the app shows the status of each application. The app also has language lessons, country guides, a documents checklist, a living cost calculator and interview tips. See the Disclaimer for what the Service is not.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work and travel for work.

Your account

  • You sign in with your own Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One person, one account. Do not create accounts for other people or apply on someone else’s behalf.

Your CV and applications

  • Everything in your CV and your answers must be true, current and your own. False details, fake experience or someone else’s photo may lead to your applications being rejected and your account closed.
  • When you apply, you allow us to review your CV and answers and to share them with the employer for that job, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • An application status shows where your application is (see How applying works). It is not a job offer.
  • You keep ownership of your CV. You can edit it or delete your account at any time.

How applying works

After you apply, your application moves through these steps:

  1. Submitted. We have received your CV and your answers, and your application is waiting in line. The review starts 3 days (72 hours) after the date and time you applied.
  2. Under review. Your CV and answers are checked against the requirements of the job (for example age, passport, experience and your answers). This review is largely automated and is completed within 48 hours. If your profile does not match the job, the status becomes Not eligible.
  3. On hold. Your profile matches the job, and one more step is needed from you first: a quick language check, done by completing the 7 day language course in the app.
  4. Sent to employer. 2 to 3 days after you complete the course, your CV and answers are made available to the employer for that job in their employer account.
  5. Employer decision. The employer marks your application as one of:
    • Approved: the employer liked your profile and may contact you directly. This is not yet a job offer; any offer comes from the employer in writing.
    • Not eligible: your profile does not match this job. The app then shows you matching jobs, so you can apply again.
    • Rejected: the employer chose other candidates.

Every status change is shown in the app and sent to you as a notification straight away. The times above are our usual times; delays can sometimes happen, for example during technical problems or when we receive very many applications. A status is set when the step really happens and is not a job offer. The hiring decision is always made by the employer.

We may decide not to send an application to an employer, for example when it does not meet the job’s requirements or the opening has been filled. We are not required to give reasons.

Rules of use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for anything illegal, or to deceive employers or other people.
  • Ask anyone for money or favours in the name of EU Jobs PK, or pretend to work for us.
  • Copy, scrape or resell the job listings or other content.
  • Interfere with the Service or its ads, copy or reverse engineer the app, or try to get around its security.
  • Click on ads in bad faith, or use bots or other tricks to inflate ad views or clicks.

Free to use

The Service is free for job seekers. We do not charge any fee to apply, make a CV or use the lessons and guides. If anyone asks you to pay in our name, do not pay, and email us.

Ads

The Service is paid for by ads, including full-screen ads and optional video ads that unlock extra content. Ads are provided by Google and other advertising partners. We are not responsible for products or services advertised by others; deal with advertisers at your own risk.

Employers and job offers

Employers make their own hiring decisions and set the final terms of any job in a written offer and contract. We are not a party to that contract and cannot guarantee that an employer will contact you, hire you, or keep to its terms. Check every offer and contract carefully before you accept it or travel.

Guides and lessons

Guides, checklists, cost estimates, tips and lessons are general information. They may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm visa rules, documents and costs with official sources before you act on them.

Our content

The app, its design, text, lessons and job listings belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own job search only. Photos in the app are used under their licences.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, gives false information or puts others at risk, and we may change or stop the Service.

No guarantees

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always work without errors, or that using it will lead to a job, an interview or a visa.

Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the actions of employers, agents or advertisers, or for decisions you make based on the information in the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you give and for how you use the Service. As far as the law allows, you agree to cover us for claims, losses and costs caused by false information you provide or by your breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, where the law requires, tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the competent courts in Kragujevac, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
